These photographs should not be lost in history. So this is one of the reasons that I want to make these public.
That all of us have the ability and privilege to view these photographs of the Greatest Generation.

Most of these photographs are not in my possession. But were found while searching online.
They come from various sources, like NARA, LIFE Magazine and other sources.  Some also come from family members and with their permission they are placed here.
And of course the Unit Histories made by the soldiers who were with the 26th Infantry Division.
And I want to thank all of them for these photographs, this way these photo's can still be viewed by all of those who are interested in the 26th Infantry Division.
